How to: solve the Buenos Aires #15 & Kansai stutters

Since as long as I can remember the number 15 layout of Buenos Aires is giving some people micro stutters every few seconds.

There is an easy way to get rid of these stutters in SCE.

Go to Options
Go to Display
Reduce "shadows" to the medium setting.

All problems gone and on top of it you'll gain a load of extra fresh FPS

Huge thanks for this Bram. I was getting the same thing at Goiania, too. It was a real pain at Buenos Aires 12 - just at the point of getting the hammer down after the hairpin I'd get a huge stutter and more often than not I'd end up facing the wrong direction.
