How to: make a RACE movie

hi there
i was wondering, you all make movies of races etc..

with wich program do you do it, is it fraps, or any other?
i havent tryed yet to record a move in race, so...
thanks for the advice

jep right recording as fraps ... then u can edit cut with any moviemaker
