    A bit difficult to explain solution with my poor English, but I will try to do my best :).

    So, run 2013 game, make a save of default setup one of the tracks and call it 1 for example. Than open your old setup and change first five lines with new ones which are in setup, you called 1.

    Changed five lines in setup file for my Iveco truck:

    from:
    VehicleClassSetting="reiza1"
    UpgradeSetting=(0,0)
    //VEH=GAMEDATA\VEHICLES\FTRUCK\IVECO_TEAMS\SCUDERIA IVECO\BMONTEIRO.VEH
    //UpgradeClass=
    //Note: settings commented out if using the default

    to:
    VehicleClassSetting="reiza2"
    UpgradeSetting=(0,0)
    //VEH=GAMEDATA\VEHICLES\FTRUCK2013\IVECO_TEAMS\SCUDERIA IVECO\BMONTEIRO.VEH
    //UpgradeClass=
    //Note: settings commented out if using the default

    :)
