How do i unsubscribe from the steam workshop iteams?

Twice i hit unsubscribe from all yet it still downloads it.

How do I select a car and track?
Surely this isn't for real?

S397 content will always reload UNLESS you check the box in steam to prevent automatic downloading. Other cars and tracks should remain disabled. I do not understand you second question, unless you have joined an online session and now have to choose the all cars and tracks which should be just above the car selection.
