How do I set the grid order manually Ina dedicated server?

In rf I should go to warmup session to set the grid, but in gsce this session just jumped. When I hit next session in qualifying it just came to race session. Any solution?

Try going into plr file and setting

Run Warmup="0" to
Run Warmup="1"
