How do I distribute a track?

I know you can copy the folder but the reason I ask is when I look in the folder in rFactor at a track that someone else built I just see the TDF SCN GBD CAM files and a loading image and thats about it. When I look in my tracks folder I see every DDS image and every texture. How do I get my folder cleaned up like that? is it a way to save it because it currently saves as a project. Is there a way to save as a finished piece?

well i followed the steps to a T but its now saying cannot open MAS file.

Your track SCN file has to have the path to your MAS file.
TOBAN.MAS is for the gmt mas file.
TOBANMAP.MAS ia for the texture dds files.
