How did Remco Van Dijk become a moderator almost anywhere?!

Question is in the header. I´m really puking about the fact that this xxxxxxx became a moderator almost anywhere. He´s on ProjectCars forums, the Fanatec community, NoGrip etc. What´s the deal with this guy? Is he some sort of a racedriver who makes his way into moderator positions because of reallife credibility or what is it? The way he handles critics infuriates me.
