From what I can tell, it's from Race07, please correct me if I am wrong. You can find some videos on youtube by searching for "Race07 hillclimb". Here is one example -

It seems like the other track - Chayka - is ported, too, from some other SimBin game - Volvo racing game maybe? -

I appreciate the tracks, but it would be nice if the sources were mentioned in the description of the uploads, this way some research has to be done on the origin of each track

Agree, naming sources should be mandatory!
