F1 2010 help??

hello,im new to this page and f1 2010.ive been reading alot of good advice on this page,but i dont know how to post questions or contact anyone to help.what i need is someone to help me navigate this page,for i am close to cpu illiterate.lol i dont even know what a thead is.please any help would be welcomed,and some patience.lol

any tips on staying with your start team or moving to a teir 1 team.if i stay with virgin will lucas start finishing better or will he always be last.my gaol is to win the constuctors title as well as just the drivers title.ive noticed your r&d resets after the season,does this mean the car is back to being what it was at the start of your first year??

thank you mr.bortz you were the only one out of 67 veiwers to try to help me.ive finally learned to use this page properly.and ive found alot of great advice.ive dicided to stay with virgin and try to make them better.with any luck lucas will start to get better results.

Not sure if your team mate will be last but I presume he will get better as the car improves season by season. Each season you stay with the team and win (I presume) the car moves up in performance.
