F1 2010 Help! Chosen lotus accidently!!!

in my 2nd season on f1 with Red Bull and got a contract offer to drive for lotus. Just wanted to see how much they would pay and went view contract. Accidently pressed accept offer. Now i got lotus for my 3rd season. nooooo! Is there a way to cancel the contract before the next season starts!??

Not as far as I know.

It can be fun racing in a slower car.
If you can regularly drag it into the points or onto the podium it feels like a real achievement.
Besides, if you get sick of doing badly you can always dial the skill level down for a couple of races, get yourself back into the title hunt and then increase the skill level again.

I took one title with Williams (for old-times sake) and the most frustrating thing was the slow development of the car.
They didn't even produce a "fast" engine map for quali' until after Monza.
