Hi, I got F1 2010 recently. I play online alot but i have found that alot of the players i play against have mute signs next to there names? I have been onto xbox support and they cannot resolve the issue. Here is a list of things i have checked. Any help would be great.
Ports are open.
only happens on this game.
not all people are muted.
they are not muted on there gamercard.
my friends can see on there screens that they are not muted.
cleared my cashe in the settings.
once i clear the cashe it asks me to install an update for the game again? is this the problem? obviously it has to be installed tho to be able to play online.
people who are muted can still hear me?
changed zone on profile.
I have not tried another mic or console because i do not have any others but considering not everyone is muted i cannot see it being one of these two issues.
the can hear me but i cannot hear them.
strange thing is i can hear them in private chat or party.
I hope i have given enough information and i hope someone can help me to resolve this issue??? I would be nice to actually talk to ppl on the game.
