Heads up for gameracer

We hear all the time about companies whos customer service leaves a lot to be desired and of dissatisfied customers, unfortunately I've just had a problem with my Gameracer Pro and would like to let you all know how quickly and efficiently Jim@Gameracer has dealt with it. The rig itself is a great product and I believe good VFM but service like this is priceless.
