See, although I love racing, I am not a "fan" as such of the big powerful cars, my passion has always been grass roots stuff, the cheaper end of the market if you put it like that. I also, haven't driven anything else, except LFS and AC, so going on this, for shear fun, enjoyment and makes me smile still, it has to be.......

rFactor - Porsche 917K/LH
In terms of graphics it is bit ugly even with rFactor related expectations, however it delivers tons of fun when it comes to driving.

I will always have warm memories for Ferrari 550 from GTR2. It's the first car that really clicked in sims to me.
Now I have similar feelings with Porsche GT3 Cup in AC, it just drives so good. Having a soft spot for Porsche in general helps too.
But MCR in Automobilista comes to very close second.

PCARS: BMW 320 TC (good with the wonky AI on PCARS)
DR: 131 or MK II (I love the cars from that era)

RACE 07: Formula BMW
GTR2: Lister Storm
GTL: Alfa or a big V8

I'm really into the Ford Escort Mk1, the Porsche 718 RS Spyder or the Porsche 965 "Moby Dick", all in Assetto Corsa.

But it's hard to say, because I like loads of cars across various games.

Some interesting choices so far, nice to see some of the older sims getting the love too

For me it's a very difficult question, however if pushed I'd have to give these as a favourite:

Lotus Cortina in GT Legends. Because it's a Cortina, what's not to like?
Maserati 250F in Assetto Corsa, especially at Goodwood...
Skip Barber in rF2
Any of the stock 60's F1/F2 cars in rF2
Honda Civic WTCC 2015 in RaceRoom

I could pick a thousand more as the list is endless, but they would be my initial choices if pushed to select a few.

Now can someone please make another Lotus Cortina for modern sims please... or GTL2

Mini - Race 07. Good memories both offline against AI and club racing here at RD.
Ferrari F360 Modena - GTR2. Accessible car and lovely to drive.
Peugeot 407 WTCC - Race 07. No idea why this over any other car in this class - just the first one I picked and kind of stuck with.
Alfa Romeo GTA - GT Legends. Just a great handling car and this somehow clicked with me more than the Lotus Cortina.
Formula V12 - Automobilista. Brutal. Just brutal.
Nissan Primera - Gran Turismo. Souped this car up so much it was ridiculous

This will probably be disappointing if I play it today but damn...I had a demo of this with just a small night track...I think I burned out that cd!

Just for the memories and recognition of the game (well, the demo I had) having night and car damage...that was enough for a...14???? yrs old kid with a keyboard!

And yes the demo only had that Porsche!
