Hands don't move correctly on replays

When I watch a replay on rFactor, the driver's arms barely move. The first screenshot is from actual gameplay, while the second one is from the replay.

This doesn't happen with F1 Al 2016 and CTDP 2006. Is there anyway to change this?

No in the original rfactor there is no driver arms , so its depending on how important the Modders who have made the Mods think it is----with the arms and steering wheel...
