My time now is 20:40 ( gmt+2). Ok i figured it out...summer daylight saving...
Also to reply for earlier, Q8200 has 4 cores and 4 threads total. I put everything at minimum except resolution and now i have about 30-35 fps with 20 cars on grid. Still not good enough. When hotlapping i have 200 stable with everything at minimum.

Did you buy a complete pc or did you built it yourself? Can you provide some perfomance benchmarks of your CPU and GPU aswell?

you can quit, go back to the main menu (options) and change it.
You have booked, you can join again there after ,)

Did you enable 'find pw protected servers' and disabled 'display servers only in booking mode' ?
