MOD Installation.
To join this event, you need to download the custom mod above. Both track (install first) and mod (install second) must be installed to join the server.

Notes:

Chatting of any kind during Qualifying and the Race is strictly prohibited in the chat. There is no need to say sorry/thanks/pitting/leaving pits/etc. Anything that needs to be said can wait until after the session.
If you feel you were wronged in any way during an event and wish to report the incident, simply send the event organiser a private message. Please include a description of the incident along with a video. If you are unable to create a video, please include details such as who was involved and where the incident happened with a timestamp. Do not post reports/accusations in the thread itself - negativity and anger gets us nowhere.

Unplayable for me.I get into the server ok but there is massive lag,so bad i can't get down pit lane.

Same problems offline as well.

I have only a half second lag wen I drive out of the pit , than it's gone.

I could suggest we do another track?

I will try reinstalling the track.Whatever you want to do is fine whether its fuji or something else,I'll join if i can if not that's ok.

I reinstalled the track with the same results,however i figured out if you turn your screen resilution down fairly low it cuts way down on the lag but it is still very bugy in certian spots.

Edit:Found the sweet spot with the res,it's drivable.Some laps no lag,other laps a little bit here and there.

If I can get the mod downloaded and my desk set up(we moved recently

) in time after work, this might just be my first rFactor 2 race. I haven't even driven one lap in the game yet! Haha.

I would sign up, but having trouble joining the server. Have the mod installed, there's no 'get mod' button, just the usual 'join'. I can select the cars ok, have all the correct versions installed.

When I get to the server, see the timing screen, I can see it gives me "megane class" rather than the Nissan I chose, so it boots me from the server.

How do I download the mod? When I click GET MOD, it only says MOD COULD NOT BE INSTALLED. What am I doing wrong?

By the way, the links in the first post do not work...

I've got in ok now. Needed to select the car in single player mode...weird bug.

Dewald - are you sure you have the latest versions of the Maserati's GT and Fuji installed?

Get the latest Maserati mod from this thread, top post, towards the bottom in bold writing.

No worries

Is it just me or is there literally no grip whatsoever? Its like an icerink. Also a few laggy issues at times, particularly coming onto the start/finish straight.
