Graphics big question short answer

Guys just need a solution to solve gagged lines around mirrors ect. On Windows 10 which has give a small boost in frames, have used nvida inspector before but wrecks my head with so many settings. The card is an old 9800GT-1gb it can run at medium/high, don't need shadows or special effects so do i work on the AA to cure the issue ?
New gaming rig planned for next year.

@xnorb I have tired control panel settings and inspector but seems to have no affect on the mirrors and lines ?

@Alex Sawczuk - All sorted now smooth an clean images,depending on car & track combo getting between 50/70's so happy with that.
