I have been playing in the dirt on Rfactor with all the dirt track mods for 2 years now. I have been painting skins for about 2 years and finally deciding to branch out into track making. I am trying to decide which would be better to use 3DS Max or Bob's Track Builder. I am new to both of them for the most part. I am willing to learn from anyone who is willing to teach me on either program. I am just trying to learn how to make my own tracks for my race team. Eventually I will learn how to make my own mods (dirt track cars). I have my own teamspeak: pw:slingindirt
Thank you to anyone who is able to help,

i make it easy for yah. try btb first it will help in making the actually track quicker.has 3dmax is a very intensive gui program, and you might not find what your looking for in it.
BTB is specfically design for track making, and is quite easy to get going.althought it not really supported by the creator anymore.
