F1 2012 Gearing Adjustments in setup?

I have noticed in the setup forum Gearbox settings that so high that I cannot go high enough in the settings

For example Catalunya

4th gear 227kph and I can only click on the arrow to get as high as 219kph obviously I'm missing something, how do I get this gearing to go higher?

Could be that your wing / downforce settings are affecting your max top speed? Not sure if this is programmed in, but think it was in previous years....

It may seem obvious, but check to see if your car settings are in Mph as apposed to people reporting their gearbox settings in Kph.

Maybe you have to make your 5th longer so you can make your 4th that long?
