Game takes forever to start

Sometimes this game will take in excess of 5 minutes to actually start through steam. What the heck is the deal here.

I guess "technically" the "expansion" won't have STCC, you need to get the full version of Race On to get STCC included.

I have GTR Evolution on steam too,but it takes 50 sec-1 min to start.I think it is just normaly ,if you thinking that this is a 13 GB Simulator Game.

Yes very sure. STCC is included when you buy the full game, but not in the expansion that only has muscle cars, WTCC 2008 and IFM.

If they would include it in the expansion a lot of people that already bought STCC are gonna get upset.

1min loading before the game start? strange if your pc is more powerfull than mine (and i dont have a doubt about that XD, mine is from august 07..)

the game runs fine with the offline version, patched with the 1.2.0.1
