Game crashes: CreateDevice Failed

Getting game crashes.

EDIT: re-installing doesn't help. Out of ideas what to do to get it working.

Please explain when it crash and how it crash.. In menu/game/track/etc.

When I click "join" and then write a pw and click ok this popup appears. Same happens if I try offline testing after I've chosen car and track and click "drive"

I once managed to get to the server but loading etc was very slow and then this happened there and got disconnected. It was 1st try after the install.

Re-installed, restarted computer and also tried newest graphics drivers. 2/3 beta worked well.
