Everytime i make a change in the controller.ini it reverts back to old settiings?

Yes i save it.

Any ideas why it does not stick?

I don't know how you saved the controller ini file, but I would give it an new name (such as MyG27.ini). I suspect the game to detect the controllers and give them automatically the standard values? Not sure though ~~

What deadzone did you set? Also, make sure in the G27 profile program you have checked "allow game to change settings", I had a lot of issues in GSC until I checked this.
