Just wanted to say, these are now my new favorite cars. The physics are just fantastic and they handle like a dream. And if that wasn't enough, the sounds are amazing.
This goes in my Hall of Fame....right along with V8SC and the whole FVR mod team.

Hi Gunthar, Thankyou to you and all the FVR team for this great mod, having some on-line problems though. Keep losing connection to the host, any idea's? This only happens with this mod, also anyone else having the same?

But what is 120% FOV? Isn't it the field of view? How can you mantain the resolution and still get 120% FOV without distortions????

esp on a 16:9 widescreen... change it in options
unsure what the issue is here. I have a bug report to sort with the BMW in online server, so don't pick it
the others seem to work fine...RIGHT!!!!it looks great
Now I get it!!!! It's because lcd monitors are not real widescreen (16:9), they're like 8:5 (or 16:10)...

16:9 or 16:10 looks pretty compared to 4:3 standard as the game puts out....
Even when your monitor resolution is wide? So I need to do this 120% FOV thing in my 1440x900 monitor?
try it, if you like it, cool, it's just for personal preference
I will be releasing a patch v1.1 later today to fix a couple of minor bugs and one larger online issue when selecting the BMW car #397...

I imagine many people are not going to read the readme and delete that file, then they will complain that the last bug isn't fixed.
Believe me, many people don't read it and I'm talking from experience with modding another game
I even tried writing in bold at the top of the forum post. "Delete the old version file named xxxx" "Important, read the readme or you will have problems..."
People just don't friggin read
