I cannot connect to the server, but I can see it. The join button remains inactive.
Here is the Mod download for the Winter Series 2013 including the Formula Renault 3.5 Series with a couple of FSR liveries and the tracks driven in this season.

We just had a few issues with the Mod IDs, so everyone who downloaded the Mod already will have to do it again.
Please uninstall the Mod from the Mod Manager and delete the downloaded files before redownloading it.
All Problems are fixed now and the Downloads are updated.

Welcome to the 1st race of the FSR Winter Series in Portugal! You will find the password for this event by logging on GPCOS and looking at the password field which is next to the server's IP address.
Before proceeding to the event, pay attention to the following:
Schedule:
The Free Practice session will be 15 minutes in length. Every participating driver should join as soon as possible after the server opens to make sure that they don't miss the start of Qualifying and also to make sure that their game is configured & working properly.
Qualifying will be 15 minutes in length. The sessions will run in non-private mode (all cars will be visible on track at the same time). Qualifying will be run with free setup.
The Warmup session will be 10 minutes in length. You can drive freely in the Warmup session to try to get a feel for the heavier car after qualifying on low fuel.
The Race will be 44 laps long. Drive safely during the race, especially at the start and the first lap in general. Remember that no refueling is possible and make sure your tyres don´t wear down to the last 2% as it can make rFactor 2 crash.
Red Flags will NOT be used unless in very specific situations which are specified in the rule documents.

I also recommend to set the Replay compression off to make your session changes faster.
To set it off change the following line in your player.plr to "0": Compress Replay="1"

We wont broadcast the race today, we plan to broadcast the rest of the winter series. But it´s not going to be PSRTV

as i know how i can fix tracckams etc it will eb worth to broadcast not now lolWe wont broadcast the race today, we plan to broadcast the rest of the winter series. But it´s not going to be PSRTV
I had this problem the other day. Make sure you have version 1.2 of the FR3.5 mod. I only had 1.1 when this was happening.
