FSR manager and fullproc

    I think it will give some extra "Power" anyways I put fullproc and turn off anti-virus system and all other programs.

    Fullproc is actually an rFactor setting which allows the sim to use multiple CPU cores. How effective it is depends on rFactor, not FSR Manager, but yes, you might get better FPS performance with it.
