Formula trucks dpf

    Do the real formula trucks really have them massive diesel particulate filters on the exhaust systems? Just they never smoke in real life and the dpf is modelled ingame

    yes they have and smoke is also reduced because of pollution and dangerous for drivers that couldn't see where they were going, so engines use a modern fuel with low particulate emissions and electronic fuel injection. I read somewhere that trucks smoking too much are also penalized in some way
