Well it is but like it says in the first post many of us will be using this race as a test run for Sundays final league race at the same venue, but it's still a club race and open to all licenced members.

Well they aren't mandatory but you can't run the whole race on one tank anyway.

Well they aren't mandatory but you can't run the whole race on one tank anyway.

Well in fact it just might be marginally possible
Fuel (for me ) is 3.05 lit/lap.
at 1:41 (which with 110 litres is prob race pace even for aliens) its a 36 lap race.
=109.8 litres.
add formation lap 2 litres? and you have 111.8.
Tank size is 110.
With some tyre management/fuel saving (or being lapped) it could in theory be done.
As Dirty Harry said "Do you feel lucky? Well do ya?
Some one will try surely

You have seen that this club race is only 60 mins?

It is 60min, so based on 80l for 45, you are looking at 107L

So gents just to make it a bit more exciting.
Shaun Cole of "The Simpit" has accepted my invitation to attend tonights race.
So tech issues aside we will be on the grid with Shaun and likely in a segment of the show.
Ive skinned him a car in Gulf Tangerine to match his opening sequence (the orange open wheeler).

If he makes it enjoy and please show all hospitality.
I'm hoping Shaun will get to see RF2 as it can be!

Gears can be shortend a bit, but seems to work fine, so give it a try, if you want:
