As I said some days ago :
This is how DNF basically works. If you are 50 mechanics you have 50% chance of retire. If you are 60 mechanics you have 40% chance of retire etc... BUT it also depends on the profile of your drivers. 50 mechanics with a 75 aggression represents 60% chance of retire. Same mechanics with a 25 Aggression driver represents 40% chance of retire.
The only way to NEVER retire si to have 99/100 mechanics and a driver with 1/100 Aggression stat (which is impossible). 99 Aggression driver on a 99 Mechanics car is 30% chance to retire.

By the way, i've updated the free drivers list for next season on the first page. You can start buying or selling drivers if you want as this particular market will close early during the off-season.

I don't know.. because everyone doesn't have the same holidays except for the day of christmas. I would like to respect the 48h time interval, even if every one has made their buys you see ? Don't know how it works for the other games
