!!! FLM Announcement !!!

Something will change in the signing process for next season.
Instead of having two lists which are "end of contracts" and "free agents" we will have two new lists :
- "Drivers" (former end of contracts and free agent drivers who already ran in formula 1)
- "Rookies" (usually young and new drivers who never ran in Formula 1)

The order for signing the "Drivers" will be the same as we currently have. The crowed team stay first to choose, then the second team and so on...
But the order for signing the "Rookies" will be the exact opposite ! Which will means that the worst teams will have the opportunity to sign the drivers they want if they are on their very first year.

However, I'll ask you to still give me a list where drivers and rookies are mixed up, the designed orders will do the job. Nevertheless, if you know that you're second on the "rookie" list and that you'd like to sign a rookie, you could give me only two rookie names.
