To update a file you must :-

1/ Upload the new file (the whole mod)

2/ You MUST change the version number

If you do not change the version number, the new file will be deleted and the old file remains as the download

In your case you uploaded version 1 yesterday, when uploading a new file you must change that version number to version 2, or version 1.1, whatever you want
