Kunos Simulazioni and 505 Games have outlined their current development roadmap for the console version of Assetto Corsa, promising fans the tomorrows new build will bring the simulation much closer to the PC code base and should allow future developments to be brought to the game much quicker than has been the case at present.

Alongside the proposed update to build 1.9, Kunos have also revealed the first of three Porsche DLC packages is due to be brought to the game, hopefully landing as soon as tomorrow for PlayStation 4 gamers. Sadly Xbox One players will have to wait a little longer for their first taste of Porsche in the sim, as an unforeseen issue has pushed back the update and DLC past the deadline for a release tomorrow. Kunos and 505 Games are not yet in a position to give out a revised update for Xbox One, however they have promised to continue working on the update and will share the new schedule in the near future.

The full Community Blog update can be read below:

Good news...im of course out of luck on xbox.they still havent addressed the lobby situation which killed this game.but still looking foward to dlc regardless
  4. Update 1.09

big improvement in drivability ,the porschepack is great fun.

they ruined the control input of the thrustmaster T300

no rear and sideview ,they use those buttons for turbo and energy recovery systems.and handbrake.

but without giving us the option to set it to our preference.

i really look forward to a configuration option,to set my own wheel buttons.

Some people are reporting that if you select the G29 profile you can use the d-pad to look left and right on the T300.

  6. thanks,,will have a go at that

  7. TESTED.

works fine ,and button layout improved .

car gets a bit oversteery due to difference in degrees 1080 vs 900.

big enough difference to notice and to get oversteer.

but it will do for now ,until they FIX it like all other console racers have button config in the menu.
