Finicky VR in RaceRoom

Earlier today, I got my Lenovo Explorer Headset to work in WMR (VR) with RaceRoom (Steam-based).

Now, this evening, I can't get RRE3 to load either on the headset or on my monitor (when trying to run in VR; Non-VR still works). I've been trying all kinds of things for an hour, but all I ever get is the opening music, but a black screen on both the headset and monitor. Very frustrating since it worked 6 hours ago!

Can someone who runs RRE3 in VR without problems list the exact steps you take in getting it to run? Keeping it as simple as possible for a dummy like me would be greatly appreciated.

Your not the only one having issues....Raceroom has been plagued with server issues since it launched...usually right after an update.

Ya there's some odd things still happening in vr due to dx9, hopefully they will move to dx11 sooner rather than later waiting for GTR3 to release....which still has no word of a license or publisher that I am aware of?
