Yes i do it myself.
You just got to extract the .dds files (the texture files) from the .pssg files and modify them with the help of software like Photoshop.
There is this .dds file extracter http://www.racedepartment.com/forum/threads/ego-engine-app-pssg-editor.51731/ on RD.
