is these specs good for F1,

CPU: AMD FX-4300 3.8Ghz Quad Core
    RAM: 8GB DDR3
    HHD: 1TB SATA3
    Graphics: Gigabyte AMD Radeon R7 260X 2048MB GDDR5
    DVD/CD Burner/Reader
    Windows 7
    HDMI
    3x usb 3 ports 6x usb 2 ports
    Red LED fan

And is the pc version better option than current PS3, will I see difference?

    I'm using a full rig with g27 50" screen.

You will get way better graphics improvement over the ps3 with your rig, I'd say you would be able to play on ultra settings with a decent frame rate no sweat. Do let us know how you get on!

Also, look at downloading HD skins and graphics option mods for a better looking game..
