fanatec csl xbox when power on lot of resistance on steerwheel

i just got the csl xbox
if not power on its fast and light steerwheel but when i turn on it become lot of resistance feel a lot heavy
is it normal plz help me csl owners...

Is this on PC or Xbox?

On PC if you don't have the drivers installed it will be like this. On Xbox I'm not sure, on PC in Xbox mode it will have maximum resistance until it is detected by a game, I guess it would be similar on the console.
