Fanatec 2.5 freezing while vibrating

hi! in every game when i make a turn and get over kerbs , when starts vibrating my wheel freez for 1 -2 seconds. it has power but my wheel stay in turn position even i put it back in center for that seconds. i change usb but the same.
it even huppens when i test ffb in fanatec setup

Try disabling USB power saving.

thank you for your help. before i do all that i put a powered hub and it work ok. then i try yours and everything is perfect. thank you again
