You guys can start skinning your cars. All the cars have the same template. I will just put your skin in a random car which I will choose (as I don't really know how many Fords, Chevys, Dodges and Pontiacs are there on track yet)

For sponsoring, can we try something different like, get a list on sponsor we saw on a Nascar and make it like a list.

Make it each has a categories ( can be on every categories )

Like so

Supreme Sponsor ( wont be appear for season 1 ) will allowed for exemple two major objective

-Win a race
-Finish top 10

Primary Sponsor ( same has supreme but 1 sponsor obj )
-Finish top 10

Secondary Sponsor
-Finish the race

Low Sponsor
-Qualifying on top half

If everyone if good with this, everyone start with Primary-Secondary-Low Sponsor. We can do it has random for season 1
We can put different obj for each sponsor type
On off season, Milos can send us some Sponsoring offer we can accept or decline and if our team did good after 1 season can have a Supreme sponsor instead of Primary one.

To help Milos i can acheive this list and send it to him
