Guys I need the software to configure the encoder for the new LCD.
We already asked sim display but does not respond ......
can any of you help?

SimDisplay uses SLIMax and SimDisplay does NOT offer technical support for the Software. So The EkSimRacing Support page is where you should be asking.

Yes They are VERY receptive over there, Check the first few New posts in the Help section and you'll see. :p:D

Interesting, I wasn't aware that SLImax wasn't able to control the Encoder's through the display itself. That's why i questioned your reply the way I did, Thanks for the heads up tho. Im not exactly at the plug it in and wire it up stage just yet, 2016 wheels are a complicated beast when doing a replica.

So the "software" you claimed you were waiting on, is just as i said. SLIMax. or am i missing something ?:O_o::O_o:

Yes, you missed they need this software to properly configure encoder, switches etc.:
On Simdisplay site, download section here (first link): http://www.simdisplay.net/download

SIMR-LCD Manager 1.0
Inputs configuration (encoders, switches)

This is a different thing from SliMax Manager that is the software allowing, trough the proper plugin, communication between your sim and your display. In this case SLiMAxManager manage directly leds, switch etc, but also VdashEmu SW on the display.

So yes, 2 different pieces of software, one (SIMR-LCD Manager) to configure once the HW according your needs and provided from HW manufacturer, and one to use your SimRaceLCD every day with your sim (SliMAxManager with VdashEmu displayed on the LCD display).
