I'm new in moding so i just want to ask (i really don't know) how to change teams and drivers pictures in game

You have to download the Ego PSSG editor (google it) then open the file b_nonpersistent in the frontend folder! You find everything in that file, export the picture you desire, change it with programs like Gimp or photoshop than import back in your file with the editor
