F1 2013 Black screen crash

Discussion in 'F1 2013 - The Game' started by Deluxeprojects, Dec 30, 2013.

  1. Hey Guy's

    I've got some problems with F1 2013 .
The game crashes all the time during races never in a menu.
I get the black screen but i can hear the sound of the game.
Also I lose all my mid saved sessions , so i can start all over again.

Does somebody have a solutions for this ?
    I've got Intel core I7 950 @3.07 GHz 24GB Ram
NVIDIA Geforce GTS 450 and took all the updates.

The support from steam is looking for a solution but i don't think they will find one ...

  2. If the game hasn't crashed - if you can still here the audio in the background, can only be a graphics feed issue, I have seen the steam pages where this is discussed and there doesn't seem to be an answer... however before you give up I would try a complete reinstall of the game and then reapply the updates, Lower the graphics settings from the default, and turn Vsync off. Start a new profile and try again.

Before you do that though perhaps try optimising the game through the GForce experience program - if you havent got it download it from NVIDIA. This should ensure you are least using workable settings. Good luck
