F1 2012 F1 2012 The Game: Patch #10

2 days after patch #9 has been released it's time to grab some more fixes from Steam. Due to the nature of console patches their release will follow shortly after the PC version since they require additional submission and authorisation from Microsoft and Sony in advance. This is probably the main reason for Codemasters trying to bundle console patches together.

However, the first PS3 patch (containing the first PC patches) for Europe – English / French / German / Italian / Spanish and Japan has been released already. The Xbox 360 patch should be released early next week. Finally the PS3 patch for European Polish / Russian and American versions will follow in another week or two.

• Made some more minor improvements to the online. We’re keen to get feedback on these changes via our forums.
  
• Fixed an issue which would show a session to be “In The Lobby” when players were actually racing.
  
• Fixed an issue where the Engineer would always be one place out when talking about your position relative to your objective.
  
• Fixed some minor text issues with emails and press clipplings.
  
• If you have seen lower GPU usage and framerate drop on the more recent patches you can try adding the line <track_info_system run_on_cpu=”0” /> to hardware_settings_config.xml in Documents\My Games\FormulaOne2012\hardwaresettings. If this does cause unwanted side effects, please undo the change by deleting the line from the config.

But as you can see, he has been forced to run wide by his pit crew and get muck on his tyres so whilst he works on getting the grip levels back up, he has to let Alonso pass, lol.

So Codemasters finally shouldn't block the F1 license anymore and make it free for better developers.

CM is a company and wants to make money. So as long as they can make money with the license they'll do and try to renew it.

Wow! 10 patches... That is some kind of record. Jesus! we couldn't even get them to release two for the first game and barely more for the second.
I'm not saying it's a bad thing but I fear CM's attempt to show they care, has come too late for most of us who supported them for years.

the PS3 patch has made things worse although they fixed the steering issue and some other minor things the lobbies are now so hard to get into you need to try at least 5 times to get into 1 and all the old setups before the patch no longer work and to days b4 the the patch we had a PS3 system update wich has slowed down the download time wich means now we have cars wich are gliching on the tracks wich we did not have b4 all in all it is worse than b4 you think after 3 goes it would be done right but NO !!!! So i guess we will be waiting for another patch lets see what they stuff up now

at least u got a patch.. phoned sony n.a today they said codemasters hasnt given it to them.. codemasters said sony got it last week.. what a waste of time , cant race online in leagues bunch of bs , sonys probably still pissed they lost liscencing rights to codemasters so gamers have to suffer . Sounds like your having fun campo , maybe we can race again when f1 2013 comes out???

how do i get all the patches for the ps3? are they automatic updates or do i have to go get them somewhere?
