The game on first launch told me I have a high rate of file defragmentation, so I started the Steam degraf, and the counter started at 1,678,454%!!! holy cow bat man!

Yeah I had something ridiculous like that. Gonna run a defrag tonight se if it makes any difference. Game seems to run ok apart from some controller lag...

Might be best not to defrag untill the games files are all unlocked.

Had the same thing, just let it defrag and all is fine. WIll take a while depending on your hd speed and free space.

I skipped that defrag - I figured it was some kind of error with the decrypted files. It's very unlikely that it would be fragmented if you just downloaded it a few days ago. After decrypting, I manual went to the defrag option for the game and it said it wasn't needed.
