From The F1 Times:
Hispania look to have secured the services of the very well-experienced F1 designer, Jorg Zander, who will join the outfit before the current season is up.

Zander has an impressive CV. Having graduated from University he immediately joined Toyota's Touring Car outfit before leaving to work with Keke Rosberg's DTM team.

He has also worked on Toyota's Le Mans project before a promotion saw him join their F1 team prior to 2002. A move to BAR/Honda in 2003 was followed by a job at Williams as chief designer in 2005. It only lasted a year before a move to BMW-Sauber was on the cards.

He then left Sauber and joined Honda, once again, in 2008. He stayed with the team until mid-2009, the year the outfit, under the Brawn GP banner, secured both titles.

The German currently works with Audi on their LMP1 project, but was seen in the Hispania motorhome with team principal Colin Kolles at the Italian GP. It's widely believed he has agreed to join the Spanish oufit which was recently bought out by an investment company.

People are going to have to start taking HRT seriously in the next few seasons if they continue with this kind of development.

They can hire Adrian Newey but without money that HRT team will not improve.
