Error 200 finger print mismatch

Hey folks I thought this thing was a thing of the past but here I am, had to replace motherboard because old one was losing features by the day, GSCE would not fire up with this error occurring. I did re install thinking that would fix it, then saw some stuff in the forums. So can anyone help me?
