Your 1.23.650 time, was that in Time Trial? Time trial uses optimal settings, so it's much faster than the other gameplay modes. I don't know the answer to your question, though. I don't know if the Equal setting is based on any one car.

Your car i lighter in timetrial as you are carying less fuel. Also tyre wear is off in TT.

So many different varying factors in this game. Playing TT or online with fuel sim off and tyre sim off is completely different to playing with all the sim things on in career or in some online rooms. I mistakenly thought i was really good around abu dhabi until i realised i was playing in a lobby with fuel and tyre sim off. Next race i done with fuel and tyre sim on i was shocked to see how sluggish my car was and the curbs was a no go area
