It means constant rain, and 50% as heavy (and therefore half as wet) as the games maximum.

Driving the 2 cars around, the Lotus felt a little (and I do mean little) faster on the straights, but it was also more affected by the wet conditions through the corners, at least on first impressions and without looking at tyres.

Should be good fun, and fairly close too

No-one needs to nominate their car ahead of time, but if anyone does, I'll stick it in the top post so people can see what the field currently is. It's not a hard and fast selection, so people can change if they want.
