Is there somebody who can help me? I want to change the driver names and the team names. Has anybody an idea on how to do that? I'm new with this kind of concept

Dp you mean the team names or the driver names? Because if it's just the driver names in F1 2013 that will be fine.

Open the database with "Ego Database Editor" go to "track_model" and then find the column "num_laps"

Yes, it´s too easy but is weird find infromation about it. Open the database and go to "ai_driver" you can change a lot of skills like Reaction time, good day chance, wet weather hability...

Yes, it is possible. We did that in the past. There is a value that changes the overall speed of the pit stop. If I remember right it's at the f1teams table pitstop range or so.
In 2012 seasons where in reality teams had to get fuel we changed the values from 5 to 9.
The higher the value the slower all animations will be when doing the pit stop, so the crew goes into slowmotion mode somehow^^
