Günthar, not sure if this will be of interest

I have it, and have asked for permission to convert it to Evo, will see. I want to get the two RL (Audi / Merc) out first, then add my mini-modded XWTCC cars to give a 6 car field, and lastly add the Opel and Ford

yes, rF not XWTCC. When I get the XWTCC-DTMs released, they will use the rF sounds too...

The New DTM mod is very excited to have worked out the last sticking point and now have the following manufacturers on board for the foreseeable future. This is great news in the face of the current world economic situation!

Alfa Romeo
156 DTM - 2 drivers

BMW
320w1 E90 DTM - 5 drivers

Chevrolet
Lacetti DTM - 3 Drivers

Seat
Leon DTM - 4 drivers

We hope that as more sponsors come on board, the driver numbers will increase for the new teams, but are just happy to see them in testing over the last week...

What about circuits? Or are you just working on the cars alone?

Theres only a handful of German circuits out there. I like to see the sachsenring in the game, along with past and present tracks used by the DTM that are not currently available.

The Sachsenring is a great track, I loved it in Motogp 2 for the Xbox.

So there will be a DTM class, but also XWTCC DTM cars that fit the physics of the regular XWTCC?

It's the other way around Reventon. The XWTCC Models will have DTM physics so there can be wider variation in the field without a performance inbalance.

yup, I don't want the RL DTM's performing like XWTCC, but I do like the idea of having those XWTCC car spec'd equivalent to the DTM's giving us a 6 car manufacture series if desired...

oh, and FYI, these will have their own ModelID's so they wouldn't conflict with the stock XWTCC cars...
