Guys, have anyone notice this?
Looks and sounds great doesnt?
i got no car sound with this mod? has anyone a fix?
where can i get ths mod
Yes, the sound issue was due to the update to Extreme.
The correct folder is inside Sounds/StockCarV8/DTM13.
Put this DTM folder on the Sounds directory and you should be good to go. Quite simple.
I think there is a link there on the YouTube vídeo.
If not I post one later, pending on Admins clearence.
Was actually already due update to GSC2013 but you're right, sounds are in wrong folder.
The download is small, less than 200mb.
Because of that I thought "hm, this may be a low quality Mod....".
I guess I was wrong. It is a really nice Mod, the models are very well made, sounds are good, and physics wise it feels fast!
<mod edit: Please use the resource manager>
DTM is a great mod, the cars sound fantastic
May try using Self In Cockpit Rearview="0" in .PLR file. Some mods require it in order to clean the mirrors from strange garbage, as seen in this video.
Would be nice we give those DTM´s some club races....
I want it. Who´s more?
Its an ok mod but the exterior skins are too shiny and arnt that good of quality.
The mod seems to have an excessive amount of grip, with hardly any oversteer coming out of low downforce corners. Kinda takes the challenge out of driving them when it's on rails.
Well, I have no experience with the DTM Experience that is out, I dont know how it drives...but this version doesnt feels very different from the various DTM´s mods out there.
And if you drive at 90% for sure it feels very grippy...as expected in such a sophisticated car...but once you have to go 100% lap after lap.......is not that stable at all....and I destroyed a few cars at Monza trying this...
I also have no way to compare, but I know that the real DTM uses the latest technology, the same used in F1, then it is natural that the car is much more in hand.
I have also a good DTM mod to share.
Its the DTM 2012 mod with Audi, Mercedes and BMW.
We have used it at proworldsimracing.
Screens and movie follows.
Mod looks cool, however my ffb doesn't work as usuall it should in GSC.
Any tips how to get proper FFB in DTM cars?
edit: overwrite stock ffb with GSC_Sync.exe
Yes this mod is totally unrealistic.
The power is wrong, the suspension are wrong, and I think the tyres model is wrong too.
Apart from this, nice sounds
Does anyone know of a decent DTM mod for GSCE please.
I have asked to creator's to do a convert. No reply...
Anyway I rework some things on my side. Will try to ask to RSV to update car shaders. Tire model already modified. But later ;-)
