Driving Force Pro FFB settings

What settings do you guys use for your FFB?

I have a Driving Force Pro, and just can't get it right!

It's a pretty personal thing and for me, the values I use ingame vary with the car and tracks.

For me ingame:
medium
100% overall
33-75% steering
no brake
25%curbs
25% impact
reverse effects

In the profiler:
overall strength 100%
spring effect 0
damper 100%
centering spring = n @ 0%

allow game to adjust = y
